Meet Lauren

Lauren Brooke Miller, (she/they from Columbus, Ohio)

Lauren is currently maintaining a medicinal garden and studio practice in Hanover, Ohio.

An avid learner, Lauren earned her BFA from The Ohio State University in 2009 and went on to acquire her MFA in Ceramics from VCU School of the Arts in 2013. Throughout her adventures of self-discovery, she traveled and deepened her understanding of the importance of rituals, ceremony and tools in the human experience. Lauren’s fascination with herbs, minerals, crystals, bodywork, energy work and all forms of self-care have carved a powerful path.  Some of her personal favorite practices include the healing art of Reiki (master attunement), folk herbalism and yoga (RYT200).

Leading her to this very moment-- Lauren’s passion is creating tools and experiences to help educate folx of all cultures and bodies the importance of creating time and space for visceral experiences in our daily routines.  Her one-of-a-kind tools encourage you to be aware of your own experience through self-massage and oils, smudging or by tending a garden. Her vision is to promote wellness through creating tools to make rituals for our body, mind and spirit a little more pleasurable. She believes we are a key role in our own healing process and it is a lifelong journey.
